Canadian rapper Drake recently suffered a significant gambling loss, betting $565,000 on Tyson Fury to defeat Oleksandr Usyk in their heavyweight title bout.
Unfortunately for Drake, Usyk emerged victorious by split decision in Saudi Arabia, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion in 24 years.
Had Fury won, Drake would have collected just over $1 million.
This adds to Drake’s previous losses, including a six-figure sum after Anthony Joshua’s knockout win over Francis Ngannou and $700,000 lost when Dricus Du Plessis defeated Sean Strickland at UFC 297.
