Today, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to bring former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika, alongside his daughter Fatimah and two others, before the Federal High Court in Abuja for their alleged involvement in a ₦2.7 billion contract scam.
The trial, presided over by Justice Sylvanus Oriji, will see Sirika, his daughter, and co-defendants Jalal Hamma and Al-Duraq Investment Ltd answer to accusations of misusing their authority to embezzle funds amounting to over ₦2.7 billion.
