The Federal High Court Ilorin has granted bail to Abdulfattah Ahmed, the ex-governor of Kwara State, in the amount of ₦50,000,000.
He must present two guarantors who own landed properties in the state capital, Ilorin.
The EFCC arraigned him on Friday, February 23, after inviting him for interrogation on Monday.
He must also surrender his international passport to the court as part of the bail terms.
