The Federal High Court in Nigeria has exonerated Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla from a tax evasion lawsuit involving Binance Holdings Limited, following an amendment of charges by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
The case, which initially implicated Binance and its executives, was revised after Binance designated Ayodele Omotilewa as its Nigerian representative.
The FIRS has now refocused its legal action solely on Binance, with the court acknowledging Omotilewa’s appointment.
