Nigerian singer Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, popularly known as Seyi Vibez, recently shared insights into his early life and rise to fame.
The artist, who has made waves with his hit track “Different Pattern,” revealed a compelling journey.
“I left home when I was 15. Things were difficult in the ghetto, so I had to make way for myself. Even my own family freed me. They said, ‘Go, don’t die here. It’s better you go away and hustle for yourself’.” he said in his own words.
Despite the hardships, Seyi Vibez persevered. His breakout single, “Chance (Na Ham),” released in 2022, catapulted him into the spotlight. The song’s infectious rhythm and relatable lyrics resonated with fans, earning him recognition.
Notably, Seyi Vibez’s talent was acknowledged at the 16th Headies Awards, where he clinched the title of Best Street-Hop Artiste.
