Caroline Celico has recently addressed rumors regarding her split from the renowned Brazilian footballer, Ricardo Kaka.
Contrary to reports that she ended their marriage due to Kaka’s alleged ‘too perfect’ nature, Celico has stated that the decision to separate was a mutual one.
The duo, who entered into matrimony in December 2005, are parents to two children: Luca Celico Leite and Isabella Celico Leite.
Celico emphasized that, although their marriage concluded after a decade, they maintain a collaborative effort in raising their children.
The reason behind their separation had not been made public until speculations arose from a quote falsely attributed to Celico.
In her recent statement, she corrected the false narrative and provided clarity on the actual reasons behind their amicable separation.
As a chef and content creator, Celico took to her platform to express her side of the story.
She said,

“I got divorced almost 10 years ago, from those 14 years of relationship there are 2 lovely teenagers.
“It’s been almost 8 years. I am with my husband Eduardo, and we are having our first child next month.
“I have a lot of respect for my lifetime story, and I am very grateful for everything I have lived so far. My ex-husband and I found a healthy way to raise our children, and I’m so grateful for this.
