The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, along with his wife, Queen Tobi Philips, joyously announced the birth of their twins, a boy and a girl, on his Instagram page this Saturday, March 16, 2024.
The royal couple’s happiness is shared by the entire House of Oduduwa, as the twins are welcomed as a prince and princess to the esteemed throne.
Queen Tobi, the third wife of the Ooni and a native of Okitipupa in Ondo State, is not only royalty but also a successful fashion entrepreneur and model.
She holds a degree in Marine Science from the University of Lagos and has a history of beauty pageantry success, having been crowned World Miss University Africa in 2012.
In addition to her academic and modeling achievements, she owns QTP Luxury Fashion and is recognized for her talent as a 3D artist.
The official announcement highlighted the joyous occasion with a message of gratitude to God and confirmed that both the mother and the newborns are in good health.
Ooni’s official X account said, “To God be the glory great things he has done.
“Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Tobiloba, who today birthed a Prince and Princess to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.
