Engr (Mrs) Olukorede Kesha, the Federal Controller of Works, Lagos, announced the closure of the bridge from 12pm on Wednesday, February 28, to 12pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
During this 24-hour period, the bridge will not be accessible to traffic, and motorists are urged to utilize alternative routes.
Traffic management officials will be deployed to ensure smooth movement and minimize inconvenience. The Lagos State Government also advises all road users to follow provided alternative routes during this closure.
